What is Pain Education?
For chronic musculoskeletal pain disorders, there is compelling evidence that an educational strategy addressing the neurophysiology and neurobiology of pain can have a positive effect on pain and recovery.

For example, the use of a neuroscience education (pain education) approach in the treatment of chronic lower back pain is very essential.

Research and experience
The classification-based cognitive functional therapy produced superior outcomes for non-specific chronic lower back pain, compared with traditional manual therapy and exercise. In our clinic, we can provide a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy, manual therapy and exercise (rehabilitation).

This combination has the highest success for treatment of chronic lower back pain.
