Nutrition coaching (1hr)

What is Nutrition Coaching?
Nutrition coaching is a 1hr consultation created in order to guide you towards a well-balanced diet to support the natural function of your body and mind. Many chronic conditions or musculoskeletal conditions, such as Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis, can occur due to the food we consume. This type of coaching is a great combination with physio treatment in the case of OA, to help us in speeding up the healing process and creating internal balance.
